Walk-ins are welcome at all FonePro stores for most repairs. However, we recommend booking online to secure your preferred time slot and reduce wait times — especially for complex repairs or busy periods.

Repairs & Pricing
Most common repairs — screen replacements, battery swaps, charging ports — are completed in 30–60 minutes while you wait. More complex jobs like water damage recovery or logic board work may take 24–48 hours. We'll give you a clear estimate before starting.
Prices vary by device and repair type. All prices are fixed and shown upfront on our repair pages. There are no hidden charges — the price you see is the price you pay.
If our technicians are unable to repair your device, you pay nothing. We only charge when your repair is successfully completed. Diagnostic assessments are always free.
We use OEM-grade or genuine manufacturer parts on every repair. We never compromise on part quality — it's why our repairs last and why we can offer a 90-day warranty.
Yes. Water damage recovery is one of our specialist services. Bring your device in as soon as possible — the sooner we can assess and dry the components, the higher the chance of full recovery. Success rates vary depending on severity.
Warranty & Guarantee
All FonePro repairs come with a 90-day warranty covering parts and labour. If the same fault reoccurs within the warranty period due to a defect in our work or parts, we'll fix it free of charge.
Opening a device for third-party repair may void the remaining manufacturer warranty (e.g. Apple's limited warranty). However, FonePro's own 90-day repair warranty replaces this and covers the specific repair we carry out.
Contact us with your booking reference and describe the issue. You can contact us online, call your nearest store, or simply walk in. We'll assess your device and honour the warranty if the fault falls within our coverage.
Booking & Payment
Use our online booking tool — select your device, choose your repair, pick a date and time, and confirm. No payment is required to book. Alternatively, walk in to any store during opening hours.
We accept cash, all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), and contactless payments. PayPal is accepted at some locations. Payment is taken in store after your repair is complete.
Yes. Log in to your customer dashboard to cancel or reschedule. Alternatively, contact us at least 2 hours before your appointment.
No deposit is required to book. Payment is only collected once your repair has been successfully completed in store.

Yes — we work with many insurance providers and can produce the documentation needed to support your claim. Select "Insurance Repair" when contacting us for more information.
