How long does a phone repair take?
Most screen, battery and charging port repairs are completed within 30–60 minutes while you wait. More complex repairs such as data recovery or motherboard work may take 24–48 hours. Walk in or book online for an accurate time estimate.
Do I need to book an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome at all FonePro stores. However, booking online guarantees your slot and often reduces wait time to under 10 minutes.
What warranty do I get on repairs?
All FonePro repairs come with a 90-day warranty covering parts and labour. If the same fault reoccurs within the warranty period, we'll fix it free of charge.
How do I check my repair status?
Log into your customer dashboard to see real-time repair status updates. Alternatively, select "Repair Status Update" in the contact form above and include your booking reference.
Do you repair phones not on your website?
Yes — our technicians work on most Android and Apple devices. If your device isn't listed, use the contact form above (select "Price or Quote Request") and we'll get back to you with a quote.
