Shipping Policy
All orders are dispatched within 2 working days. Delivery cost is a flat fee of £3.99 and free on all orders over £25. Express delivery is £4.99 and allows for a delivery time frame of between 2-3 Working Days. We deliver to UK mainland and Northern Island. Excluding Channel Islands and BFPO addresses.

Delivery may take slightly longer depending on Location/Postcode. All our orders are tracked and insured. Tracking numbers will be updated as soon as the product is dispatched.
Return & Exchange Policy
Products can be returned if unopened and in original packaging at buyers expense up to 14 days after receiving the item, however if there is a defect or fault in the product, we will cover the return postage and packaging costs. Allow up to 10 Days for returns to be processed and a refund to be received.
Products can also be returned for free to our store in Rotherham Town Centre for cash or store credit. Please contact us through our contact form if you would like to exchange a product.
