  • What should I do if I have not received my order?
    If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery timescale or are worried it will not arrive on time, then please get in touch with us through our contact form. We will get back to you as soon as possible with an update. It may be that there is a delay in processing your order or the payment was incomplete. If we do not get back to you within 3 days then please contact us through our landline or email. If you would like to make changes to your order. please use our contact form and we will get back to you as soon as possible
  • Is a quote provided online fixed?
    We generally offer our quote service as an estimate for the actual repair cost, if you bring your quote to our store will try to match the quote offered online, but there may be slight variations in pricing depending on our physical examination of the item. ie there may be multiple underlying faults, This could result in an increase or decrease in the final price. It is best to provide as much information as possible when requesting a quote so we can give you a more accurate price. Our repair page will show you rough costs on our most common repairs.
  • How To Post My Device For Repair?
    Simple. Just follow these steps: 1. Purchase the required repair and checkout 2. Pack your item and post to our address ( include reference in parcel) Note: Its best to use a tracked method of delivery for peace of mind. 3. Once we've received your device we will notify you via email that your repair is underway. 4.   • Returns and Refunds
    If you are not satisfied with your order or have changed your mind about an item, you may return your order for a full refund. All orders are returnable at buyers cost for up to 14 days after receiving your order. Please return your item unused and in original condition (including all labels and tags intact) with proof of purchase and we’ll give you an exchange or a full refund, as long as your returned product meets our terms and conditions. If your item is damaged or faulty get in touch with us through our contact form or email and well cover returns costs.
  • How Do I Unlock My Device?
    Unlocking is pretty straight forward. Select the appropriate unlocking package we offer on our website (make sure it is compatible for your device / network) and send us your IMEI number for your device. We'll deal with the rest, once the unlocking process is complete well notify you via email, and then your good to go.
