Our terms and conditions apply to all visitors of our website www.fonepro.co.uk and if you have any questions regarding these terms and condition, please contact on of our representatives by email, or call us on 01709 360 786 from Monday to Saturday between 9am – 5:30pm. All calls to this number will be recorded for quality and training purposes.

Your Agreement:

You will have access to the website to buy products and booking your device repairs. You agree that you will not use this website for any illegal purposes. By using this website, you also agree that you will not use the site in a way that is harmful or might damage the website information or any other content. You agree that you will provide accurate and correct information when buying a product or paying for any services. We will only respond to the information you provide us.

Medium of Contact:

Email is not a secure source of information, you agree that if you send us some confidential information via email, this would be at your own risk. We will not be responsibility for any loss. If you email us and expect that we will response to the same email address, we will not, and we avoid sending personal and confidential information via email to our customers.

Rights & Power:

We have right to monitor customers activities on our website. We may investigate any reported violation of these conditions or any action that shows disrespect, harass, or violates to any person or company. We have right to withdraw any product on our website. You must be 18 or over to buy our products online else your purchase will be cancelled.

Placing Order:

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once you buy a product, you will receive an order confirmation via email. We will send you another email once your item is dispatched. If you buy a phone product, it might not available in the stock, you will be offered to buy another product with similar specification or wait when the item will be available, else your money will be refunded back to you. Some of phone products may not have the exact internal storage as listed, in that case we will provide extra storage in a form of memory card, otherwise you will be offered to buy another product with similar specification, else you will get you money back.

Product Pricing

All products’ prices are inclusive of VAT. Please note that we have right to change the prices of our website products without prior notice to you.

Postage

The item will be dispatched to the address you provide, we will not be responsible if the address is incorrect.

Warranty

FonePro provides 12 months warranty on all new devices with some exceptions as detailed below. This warranty excludes any Physical Broken/Damage, Liquid Damage, Accidental Damage or Any damage caused by software tempering.

We offer 6 months warranty for any repair work carried out on your device. All used devices come standard with 6 months warranty.

We only accept returns with a valid proof of purchase . The item must be returned with all accessories and box. We test all return items before any refund, repair or replacement.

Refund & Returns:

You have right to return the product within 30 days of purchase date. Please note the item must be in the same condition with accessories and boxed. FonePro returns made in-store or by mail are refunded to your original method of payment. Privacy Policy:

All the information shared with FonePro allows us to show you the products you want with the very best shopping experience. We use your data to process your order and payment. This applies when you buy our products online or book your device repairs and pay for your repair charges.

We do not use cookies to target advertising companies. We need to use these cookies and data to maintain our web services. The main objective is to protect you against spam, fraud, and abuse.

We will also be able to measure engagements and site statistic to find out how we can make it much better for our visitors.
